Job Objective:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

To promote company products, generate new sales opportunities, and support product development through client feedback and on-field technical understanding.<\/p>\n

Detailed Job Description:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Conduct client visits and promote company products throughout Tamil Nadu.<\/li>\n
  2. Prepare and deliver professional product presentations and demos.<\/li>\n
  3. Identify customer requirements and propose customized solutions.<\/li>\n
  4. Negotiate and close sales to achieve quarterly and annual targets.<\/li>\n
  5. Coordinate with internal R&D and production teams for product improvement.<\/li>\n
  6. Manage product installation, commissioning, and user training.<\/li>\n
  7. Organize product workshops, marketing campaigns, and trade events.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Skills Required:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      Excellent communication and client relationship management skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Good understanding of electronics and product development process<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      \ud83d\udcb0 Salary: \u20b915,000 \u2013 \u20b920,000\/month
      \ud83c\udfaf Incentives:
      \u2022 1% of total order value (for closed & delivered orders)
      \u2022 Additional 1% bonus for achieving quarterly targets
      \ud83c\udf89 Pongal Bonus: 50% of one month\u2019s salary<\/p>\n
